I am proud to introduce myself as a 26-year resident of the Lake County area. I also represent 3 generations of construction industry affiliation. As a local building contractor, and member of the Lake County Home Builders Association, I've learned that exceptional quality and devoted customer service are the crucial aspects of success within the construction industry.

My extensive knowledge of general contracting is a result of 30 years of hands-on experience with all phases of construction which include: site work, concrete, carpentry, masonry, roofing, insulation, and painting. I am also fortunate to have as a part of my in-house support team professionals who have grown up in the industry also, contributing generations of construction knowledge as well as innovative and state of the art building techniques and designs. We strive daily to remain astute on construction applications that will enhance the durability and longevity of your home and provide safety and comfort at the same time. This extensive knowledge is most valuable when personally overseeing the quality of workmanship and correct installation of materials for each new project we undertake.

Additionally, I have an accumulation of extensive experience in steel building erection for either residential or commercial applications. I am available to discuss all aspects and designs of this type of development such as warehousing, storage units, horse barns, and commercial projects.
